What personal details you will need to provide
When you start your application, you must enter:
• Your full current name and any previous names
• Your title and gender
• Your date of birth
• Your nationality
• Your country of birth
• Your birth nationality
• Your email address
• Your full five-year address history
What happens after you submit
After you submit your personal details, you will receive a confirmation email from uCheck. This email contains a link and login details you will need to complete your ID check. Keep this email safe — you will share the login details with your verifier in the next step.
