Overview

You can register as a new uCheck client online in a few minutes.

Once you submit your registration, uCheck will set up your account within 4 business hours.

There is a one‑off registration fee and no ongoing subscription. After registration, you only pay for the checks you process.


1. How to register online

To register as a new client:

  1. Go to the uCheck registration page:
    DBS Checks – DBS Check Online from uCheck.

  2. Complete the online registration form with your organisation’s details.

  3. Submit the form.

After you submit:

  • Your details are assigned to the uCheck team.

  • Your account will be set up within 4 business hours.

If you have requested higher‑level DBS checks (e.g. Standard or Enhanced):

  • uCheck may contact you with some follow‑up questions about your organisation and roles before creating your account.

  • Keep an eye on your email inbox for any messages from uCheck.


2. Speak to a specialist before you register (optional)

If you want to discuss uCheck services before registering, you can:

  • Call 0330 113 3333 and select option 2 to speak to a dedicated specialist.

You can use this call to:

  • Ask about products (DBS checks, Right to Work, Identity, Adverse Credit, etc.)

  • Discuss pricing and volume expectations

  • Understand how uCheck can support your background screening processes.


3. Registration fees and ongoing costs

When you register as a new client:

  • There is an initial registration fee of £49.00 + VAT

  • This is a one‐off fee that gives you lifetime access to the platform

There are:

  • No monthly or yearly subscription fees

  • No contracts or minimum usage requirements

After registration:

  • You only pay for the applications (checks) you process

  • You can use the platform as little or as often as you need, paying per check.

  • Additional services, such as a Digital Right to Work (RTW) check with Digital ID verification, are available for £8.41 per check.
