Follow these steps as a starting point, in line with DBS guidance:
Enter your current address first.
This is the address the DBS will use to write to you and send your DBS certificate.
Ensure your current address is complete.
Include all required fields (building number/name, street, town, postcode, etc.).
The county field is optional.
Add all other addresses from the last five years.
Work backwards in time from your current address.
Make sure dates link up with no gaps.
Provide month and year for each address.
Record when you moved in (month/year).
Record when you moved out (month/year).
