Sometimes, you may have overlapping addresses, such as:
Having more than one current address (for example, splitting your time between two homes).
Having previous addresses that overlap in dates.
1. Overlapping Current Addresses (Electronic Form)
If you have overlapping current addresses:
The electronic form can support overlapping dates.
If you see an error message such as “the action can’t be completed” when you enter overlapping current addresses:
Contact your employer or the organisation requesting the check.
Ask them to contact uCheck.
uCheck can then enable the option for overlapping current addresses on your application.
2. Overlapping Previous Addresses (Paper Form)
If you have overlapping previous addresses:
You cannot complete this scenario online.
A paper application form is required.
In this case:
uCheck can provide paper forms to organisations upon request.
Your employer or the requesting organisation should contact uCheck to obtain the paper form for you.
