How to Register a New Organisation as an existing uCheck client

Learn how to register an additional organisation or branch as a sub‑organisation or standalone head office in uCheck, including fees and setup times.

Written by Ben Nicholas

You register a new organisation or branch if:

  • Your organisation is expanding, or

  • You have multiple branches that you want to use uCheck for screening and vetting.

If you are already registered with uCheck, you have two options for a new branch:

  1. Register the branch as a sub-organisation under your existing head office.

  2. Register the branch as a new head office (standalone).

Option 1: Register a Branch as a Sub-Organisation

When you register the branch as a sub-organisation:

  • uCheck links the branch to your existing head office account.

  • The payment method is the same as the head office.

  • The billing information is also the same as the head office.

Fee for a Sub-Organisation

  • There is a one-off fee of £12.00 (inclusive of VAT) to register a branch as a sub-organisation.

How You Request a Sub-Organisation

  • You need to contact uCheck to set up a sub-organisation on your existing account by either calling us or emailing [email protected].

  • Sub-accounts share the same payment method as the main account. While the invoice will indicate which sub-account each application belongs to, there will still be a single consolidated invoice.

  • Sub-accounts cannot be invoiced separately for specific services, such as DBS checks. Invoices are issued at the head office level.

Option 2: Register a Branch as a New Head Office

If you want the branch to be completely standalone, you can register it as a new head office.

When you register the branch as a head office:

  • The branch has its own account.

  • It can use a different payment method.

  • It can have its own billing information.

Fee for a New Head Office

  • There is a one-off fee of £58.80 (inclusive of VAT) to register a branch as a new head office.
