Learn how to log in to your uCheck account via the Atlas/DBS Assist login page and correctly use temporary passwords to avoid common login errors.

You use the same login page to access:

  • The Atlas Platform

  • DBS Assist

Use the link provided in your uCheck communication or on the uCheck website to open this login page. This page also includes a "Forgot your password?" link for resetting your password.

Using Your Temporary Password To obtain a temporary password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. A reset email will be sent to your registered email address with a temporary password.

When you log in with a temporary password, follow these rules:

  1. Type the temporary password manually.

    • Do not copy and paste it from the email.

    • Copying and pasting can cause an error and may prevent your account from unlocking.

  2. Turn off any autofill options in your browser.

    • Make sure your browser is not inserting an old password.

    • Always enter the temporary password yourself when logging in.

By following these steps, you reduce login errors and ensure your temporary password works correctly.

Best Practices for Password Management

  • Create a strong, unique password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

  • Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.

  • Regularly update your password to enhance security. If your account becomes locked after multiple failed login attempts, you can use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password and regain access. After successfully logging in with a temporary password, update your password to a new one of your choice. This can be done during the login process or via your account settings.
