How You Remove Users

Learn how to remove users from your uCheck account by emailing support with your organisation reference and the user’s details so uCheck can process the removal for you.

You cannot remove users yourself in the platform.

To remove a user:

  1. Send an email to [email protected].

  2. Include the following information:

    • Your organisation reference

    • The full name of the user to remove

    • The user’s email address

uCheck will process the removal request for you.
