When you receive a query email:
Read the query carefully.
Identify each point or question the DBS has raised.
Gather accurate information.
Speak to the applicant if needed.
Check internal records, job descriptions, or ID documents where relevant.
Reply to uCheck by email with:
Full answers to every part of the query.
Clear explanations where corrections or clarifications are needed.
Why a complete response is important
If your response is incomplete:
uCheck will return your reply to you and ask for the missing information.
uCheck will not send the response to the DBS until all parts of the query are answered.
This will cause further delays to the application.
To avoid delays, always:
Double-check that you have answered every question in the query email.
